It's been a while!!!!

So it's been a while since I last blogged...we've had alot going on!!!

As you all know we just got back from our 2 week trip to Chicago. Alot of you have been asking me how we got on with the doctors over there but I guess I should have made it clear before we left that we decided NOT to go and see Eve's old doctor.

I was quoted an insane price, which only included a consultation with the doctor, a PFT and an xray (we're talking thousand of $'s!), and decided not to go ahead with the appointment. I dont have that kind of money lying around!

Plus we will be meeting with Eve's new CF team in Spain in just under 8 weeks so I am excited to hear what their plan of treatment is! I have heard nothing but good things about the Spanish doctors and healthcare system!

Anyway we went ahead with our trip! We have LOTS of family in Chicago that we dont see very often (including my brother, 2 nieces, aunt and uncle and lots of cousins!!) so we were excited to go ahead with our trip and catch up with them all!

Eve is sick right now (Boo!!!)

PFT's were majorly down today at clinic but im pretty hopeful we can get them back up in 3 weeks before our annual review on the 25th.

On a happier note, we finally booked our flights to Spain so it is official...

we are moving to Spain on June 3rd!!! :)

Words cannot even describe how happy I am that we are finally doing this...the thought of Eve being so much healthier and happier just makes me want to cry!

We leave in exactly 4 weeks so I have alot to sort out before we go!
